- 1 pound bison meat
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup beef or chicken broth
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix the garlic powder, dried thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the bison roast with olive oil and sprinkle the herb mixture evenly over the roast.

- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
