I've spent 20 years as an Executive Chef, focused heavily on recipe construction and menu development. In the last few years, I've stepped back from the kitchen to focus on writing. In that capacity, I've worked as a restaurant consultant, recipe developer, culinary instructor, macro-nutrient meal planner, ghostwriter and of course, friendly product tester 🙂
